TALKING ON THE PHONE

Telephone calls are made to get in touch with someone, to give or ask for information and it is very important, sometimes even vital, that the information given or received is correct.

You are expected to use certain telephone terms when talking on the phone.

And you have to know the English alphabet. Why?
