hindamisel arvestatakse konkreetse autori osakaalu. Teise klassi publikatsioone
arvestatakse teadustöö sisulise väärtuse hindamisel. Lisavahendite hankimise
väärtustamisel arvestatakse ka asjaolu, et nende vahendite eraldamises kajastub
välisekspertide hinnang teadustöö tulemuslikkusele.
Kokkuvõtlikud hinnangud:

Hõrrak, Kikas, Luts: 90% töökoormus.

Noppel: 80% töökoormus.

Parts: 70% töökoormus.
Kuna sihtprogrammi vahendite summa on fikseeritud, siis arutada võib ainul neid parandusettepanekuid, mis summat ei muuda.
Lisaks sihtprogrammi heaks tehtavale ja
sihtprogrammist makstavale tööle võib kokkuleppel grandijuhendajatega teha tööd
vastavate grantide täitmiseks kuni 150% summaarse koormuseni.
