The written part of this creative-practical thesis provides an overview of the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy (TÜVKA) health week and the badminton tournament “Viljandi Shuttles”, which took place in March 2024 in Viljandi. Throughout the week, nearly 180 participants actively engaged in various activities promoting healthy lifestyles, including a sports competition.

The creative-practical thesis gives an overview of the poetry conference “Poetry in different shades” organized in cooperation with the Tartu Youth Work Centre, which took place on April 18, 2024 in the Aparaaditehas Armastus Hall. At the event, there were three panel discussions on the topics “Poet as a profession”, “Poetry as a way of expressing your opinion” and “Poetry as a way of expressing yourself”, three one-on-one conversations and several musical performances. The team consisted of six members. The event had a total of twelve sponsors and one cooperation partner. I held the role of chief organizer from November 2023 to April 2024.

The Mart Kangro’s author’s play "Human Anatomy" premiered on March 30, 2024, at the chamber hall of Sakala 3 Theater at the theater Ekspeditsioon. The focus of the production is the absurdity of human existence in today's world. A distinctive feature of the production is its unconventional stage design, with a laminate wall running through the center of the space, while the audience sits on either side of the wall.

This creative-practical thesis is part of the cultural management curriculum, and the aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the organizing process of “The Fairytale Winter Ball”, which was part of the Tartu Christmas City program. Children's event took place on January 10th, 2024, on the ice rink and the area in front of that in the Tartu town hall square, lasting one and half hours. Twenty-five youngsters and adults costumed characters performed at the event, offering various performances to nearly 300 visitors

This creative-practical diploma thesis in cultural management gives an overview of the organisational process of the Viljandi Hanseatic Days festival. Viljandi Hanseatic Days is a free family festival for the city's residents, which took place for the thirty-first time in 2023, from 2-4 June. It was held in the old town and city centre of Viljandi, on the shores of Lake Viljandi, and the opening night programme took place in the Uueveski district. Together with the organising team, volunteers, performers and visitors, the event attracts around 10 000 people every year.
