"Logic and function of the European Union". Lecturer: Viljar Veebel. Lecture will focus to aims and logic of European Union. First the meaning and motivation of integration process is analyzed. Secondly, the goals and procedures will be introduced. Thrird the main questions and problems facing the EU are introduced. Also the interests of member states and citizens are debated. Also the main success-stories of the EU are introduced (Schengen and €uro). Finally some practical aspects and examples of the EU are analyzed and compared US similar cases. Lecturer: Viljar Veebel.
