Abstract
Selle bakalaureusetöö eesmärk on liidestada praegune Eesti Maksu- ja Tolliameti tollideklaratsioonide töötlemise süsteem Complex Euroopa Liidu ühiseid sisseveo veterinaardokumente haldava süsteemiga. Töö sisaldab süsteemide kirjeldusi, praeguse olukorra kirjeldust ning analüüsi koostamisel kasutatud metoodika kirjeldust. Loodud süsteemianalüüs koosneb:1) süsteemi Complex uuendatud talitlusmallimudelist ja kasutusmallimudelist;2) uue süsteemi SW-bridge kasutusmallimudelist;3) süsteemidevahelise suhtluse kirjeldusest4) ja Complexis teostavatest kontrollide muudatustest.
The goal of this thesis is to create an interface, hereinafter called “SW-bridge”, between the system used by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board to handle customs declaration, dubbed “Complex”, and the system used by the European Union to handle Common Veterinary Entry Documents. The thesis includes descriptions of the involved systems, a description of the current situation and the methodology used for creating the analysis.The developed system analysis consists of1) the updated business use case and the use case model for the system, “Complex”;2) the use case model for the new system “SW-bridge”;3) a description of the communication between the systems;4) and the changes necessary to make within Complex in order to check the validity of the dec-larations.
