Abstract
Käesolev bakalaureusetöö argumenteerib, et kõikidel inimestel peaks olema õigus
sotsiaalabile, olenemata nende panusest ühiskonda. Töö aktsepteerib ja võtab
aluseks Eestis ja läänemaailmas valitseva sotsiaaltöö ja selle põhimõtted, mis on
humanistlikud ja liberaalsed, ja uurib, kuidas peaks sotsiaalabi osutama neid silmas
pidades.
Description
The aim of this BA thesis is to argument that every person has a right to social help
regardless of their contribution to the society. The thesis accepts the principles of
Estonian and Western social work and social policies, that are liberal and humanistic
and aims to provide an explanation on how to interpret it when providing social
services.
