Thermotherapy (paraffin - ozokerite therapy and mud therapy) - The thermotherapy is the medicinal use of heat, the effects involve an increase in temperature of the affected area which in turn promotes better blood circulation to the area, this speeds up the recovery and relaxation occurs, and consequently there is a decrease pain and recovery of the elasticity.

Ozocerite paraffin is a product of the naphthalene family relieves pain and improves blood circulation. Has positive effect on joints and in case of muscle ailments. Ozokerite paraffin procedure has anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Mud treatment exerts positive influence on immunologic processes, increases the activity of blood circulation, stimulates metabolism. Accelerates the regeneration capability of tissues, stimulates water discharge from the body. Has anaesthetic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Nordic walking was invented especially for modern people who mainly practice sedentary lifestyle. In addition to the muscles already active when walking, Nordic walking additionally engages arm, breast, shoulder and back muscles. Nordic walking is perfectly suitable for elderly and middle-aged persons and persons suffering from painful joints, since walking-induced loads on leg joints are limited by supporting a share of the body mass on the hands.

The music therapy and mental relaxation are two methods used to achieve the peace of mind we need to beat stress, among many other emotional disorders. It's the best we can do to maintain mental health. A session of music therapy relaxation gives us the mental strength to face any situation that may affect conditions at other emotionally.

Light therapy - Sleep disorders and depression are extremely common in older persons, and in research trials, light therapy has shown some benefits for treating these disorders.

Saunas - Infrared sauna uses infrared heaters as opposed to wood or electric stoves to heat its occupants. The difference is that in a traditional sauna the heaters heat the air in the actual sauna enclosure itself; however, the infrared heater heats the occupants and not so much the air within the enclosure.
