At the moment, middle school informatics focus mainly on teaching of how to use a computer rather than teaching informatics and programming. Due to curriculum not having exact guidelines for the subject, the objective for this thesis was to create lesson plans and educational materials on education of computational thinking with unplugged programming for the II and III stage of middle school. All materials created for this thesis were tested and assessed by the students on the following topics: captivation; likeability; understandability of the material.estopenAccessAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 InternationalUnplugged programmingcomputational thinkingmagistritöödinformaatikainfotehnoloogiainformaticsinfotechnologyAlgoritmilise mõtlemise oskust arendav arvutivaba programmeerimise õppematerjal II ja III kooliastmeleThesis
