Drawing on interviews with film professionals across the sector, the analysis examines how professional relationships shape collaboration processes and access to career opportunities. The research employs a qualitative approach based on twelve semi-structured interviews with film professionals and representatives of key institutions. Participants were selected through selective sampling to reflect a range of professional roles, experience levels, and perspectives within the Estonian film ecosystem. Interview data was complemented by secondary industry sources and observational insightsengAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Estoniahttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/ee/filmitööstusfilmiturudvõrgustikutöökoostöövõrgustikudkarjäär (teenistuskäik)Eesti (riik)Perceptions of networks, access and collaboration in the Estonian film ecosystem: from informal structures to a digital platform blueprintThesis
