The study was conducted as design-based research, applying the ADDIE instructional design model in the development process. The empirical study involved Grade 7 and Grade 9 students selected through convenience sampling, as well as a domain expert in technology and a basic school technology teacher selected through purposive sampling. The evaluation results indicated that the developed learning material was of high technical and pedagogical quality.
