Selle töö eesmärk on uurida, kas 2. tüüpi diabeedi ravijuhise täitmist on võimalik hinnata haiguslugude kokkuvõtete põhjal. Selleks analüüsiti Tarkvara TAK poolt PostgreSQL andmebaasi viidud Geenivaramu doonoritele tehtud uuringuid ja nende tulemusi, mis on võetud nende haiguslugude kokkuvõtetest ehk epikriisidest. Täpsemalt vaadeldi, kas ravijuhises toodud olulisemad mõõtmised on 2. tüüpi diabeetikutel vajaliku regulaarsusega tehtud.Tulemuseks saadi tabel, kus on toodud, mitmele protsendile diabeetikutest on iga mõõtmine vajaliku ajavahemiku jooksul (üldjuhul 1 aasta) tehtud ning võrreldi saadud tulemusi Eesti Haigekassa poolt tehtud sarnase sisuga, kuid teise metoodikaga loodud auditiga.Patients diagnosed with type II diabetes need to be regularly controlled and checked up by family doctors and medical nurses, as determined by the treatment guide. Yet, it is unknown whether the required check-ups are carried out regularly or not in reality. The aim of this study is to investigate whether it is possible to estimate the fulfillment of the steps indicated in the treatment guide for type II diabetes patients on the basis of the summary records of illness. In order to do that the author has measurements extracted from Electronic Health Records of the participants of Estonian Genome Centre, loaded into the PostgreSQL database. In the paper the author has studied in detail whether the required measurements for the patients with type II diabetes were performed on a regular basis. As a result of the study, a table has been drawn containing the number and percentage of patients with type II diabetes who received the necessary check-ups during the required time period (generally within a year). Also the results of the study have been compared with the results of a research, where similar contents but different methodology was used, conducted by the Estonian Health Insurance Fund’s audit.et2. tüüpi diabeedi ravijuhise täitmise automaatse hindamise võimalikkuse analüüs Digiloo epikriiside näitelAssessing Electronic Health Records Data Compliance with Treatment Guidelines for Type 2 DiabetesThesis
