TÜ raamatukogu kunstikogu kõige väärtuslikumaks osaks on Lääne-Euroopa 15.-19. sajandi graafika kollektsioon, samuti baltisaksa 19. sajandi graafika kollektsioon (kokku üle 10 800 nimetuse), mis sisaldab teoseid sellistelt kuulsatelt meistritelt nagu M. Schongauer, A. Dürer, L. Cranach noorem, Lucas van Leyden, M. Raimondi, Rembrandt, A. F. Oeser, K. A. Senff, J. W. Krause ja paljud teised. Maalikogu uhkuseks on viis portreed saksa maalikunstnikult Franz Gerhard von Kügelgenilt. Eksliibriste kogu suurima osa moodustab Ernst Jürgensoni peamiselt vene kunstnike loodud eksliibriseid sisaldav kollektsioon (üle 4500 nimetuse). Tänapäeval täieneb see kogu peamiselt eesti kunstnike loominguga.

The most valuable parts of the art collection are the collection of Western European prints and drawings from the 15th to the 19th centuries, as well as the collection of Baltic German prints and drawings from the 19th century (together, over 10,800 items), which include works by such masters as M. Schongauer, A. Dürer, L. Cranach jun., Lucas van Leyden, M. Raimondi, Rembrandt, A. F. Oeser, K. A. Senff, J. W. Krause, and many others. The small collection of paintings boasts five portraits by German artist F. G. von Kügelgen. The bulk of the bookplate collection (over 4,500 items) is made up of Russian bookplates from the late 19th and early 20th centuries acquired with E. Jürgenson's collection. Today the bookplate collection is primarily supplemented with works by Estonian artists.
