Abstrakt
Magistritöö eesmärk oli luua veebirakendus vooluveekogumite seisundite hindamiseks ja andmete visualiseerimiseks. Lahendusega on võimalus hinnata vooluveekogumi ökoloogilist seisundit füüsikalis-keemiliste kvaliteedinäitajate alusel valitud seireperioodi kohta. Rakendus pärib andmebaasist sobival kujul andmed, visualiseerib need, arvutab erinevaid arvkarakteristikuid ja annab ökoloogilised seisundiklassid koos füüsikalis-keemiliste üldtingimuste koondmäärangutega. Rakenduse loomiseks kasutati andmebaasisüsteemi SQLite, programmeerimiskeelt R ja tema veebirakenduste loomiseks mõeldud lisapaketti Shiny.
The aim of the Master’s thesis was to create a web application for assessing the status of watercourses and visualizing data. The application has the ability to assess the ecological status of a watercourse on the basis of physico-chemical quality indicators for the selected monitoring period. The application inherits suitable data from the database, visualizes it, calculates different numerical characteristics and provides ecological status classes and a general estimations for physico-chemical conditions. The database system SQLite, the programming language R and its additional package Shiny were used to create the application.
