    This Bachelor’s thesis aims to analyse the viability of machine learning tools in film creation and create software that simplifies editing a recapitulative video of an event or period. The user inputs the necessary audio and video files and parameters. The program then uses Python’s librosa audio analysis library and Mediapipe video analysis library to create a script which automates the editing process within DaVinci Resolve. Clips within the video created with a script are cut according to the object detection and audio tempo detection results.
