    The aim of this Bachelor's thesis was to create an Estonian version of The New York Times „Spelling Bee“ word game with a hint system. The completed game is web-based and the hint system uses the language resource Estonian Wordnet. The game requires mastering a broad vocabulary, and the application is suitable for people who already speak Estonian competently. The theoretical part provides an overview of importance and types of language games, describes the technological tools used in the development, the game creation process and rules, and analyses possible further developments and user feedback.
