| dc.description.abstract | Teacher turnover is an issue concerning education systems all over the world. To alleviate the phenomenon, scholars have investigated the factors influencing teacher turnover, including the turnover of beginning teachers. However, specifically, novice EFL teachers’ perceptions have not been studied in Estonia.
