Võrguneutraalsuse problemaatika käsitlemine USAs ja Euroopa Liidus

Abstract

Antud töö eesmärgiks on uurida võrguneutraalsuse debati hetkeseisu USAs ja Euroopa Liidus, et vastata küsimusele ja teha järeldusi, kas ja kuidas võib võrguneutraalsus mõjutada edasist innovatsiooni ning millised on võrguneutraalsuse eiramise tagajärjed IT­sektori jaoks. Töös tuuakse esile debati olulisemad sündmused ning poolt­ ja vastuargumendid. Esitatud on olulisemad järeldused, mis tulenevad debatist.

The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis is to examine the current situation in the net neutrality debate in the US and the EU, in order to find answers to the questions, and draw conclusions, if and how can net neutrality affect future innovation and what are the consequences of ignoring net neutrality for the IT sector. The thesis highlights the most important events in the debate and the arguments for and against net neutrality. The paper also provides the most important conclusions that can be drawn from the debate.
