Naistudengid arvutiteaduse instituudi erialadel

Abstract

Antud bakalaureusetöö põhineb Tartu Ülikooli matemaatika-informaatikateaduskonna arvutiteaduse erialadel õppivate naistudengite arvamusel. Töö eesmärgiks on uurida naiste õpingutega seotud eripärasid ning käsitleda nende poolt välja toodud muresid ning probleeme. Lisaks kirjeldatakse võimalikke lahendusi, mis võiksid naiste arvu arvutiteaduse instituudi erialadel tõsta.

This thesis is based on thoughts of undergraduate women who all study at Institute of Computer Science at University of Tartu. The goal of the thesis is to examine the specialty of the studies by women and to address the concerns and problems they have. In addition, possible solutions are described to increase the number of women in the field of computer science.
