Akadeemilise töökoormuse kalkulaator

Abstract

Käesolev bakalaureusetöö keskendub akadeemilise töökoormuse hindamise probleemile ning selle käigus valmis rakendus, mis selle hindamist mugavamaks ja lihtsamaks teeb. Akadeemilise töökoormuse hindamine on keeruline, kuna tihtipeale on raske hinnata kui palju aega on teadustööde peale kulutatud ning kui palju on teadlane teadustööde valmimises osalenud. Teadlase nime valminud rakendusse sisestades võtab see informatsiooni otsitava isiku kohta teadusandmebaasidest Eesti Teadusinfosüsteem, Google Scholar ja Scopus, teeb vajalikud arvutused ning kuvab informatsiooni graafilisse kasutajaliidesesse. Valminud rakendus on ainulaadne ning sellest on potentsiaalselt kasu kõikidel teadustööd teinud ja sellega seotud inimestel.

This Bachelor’s Thesis focuses on the problem of academic workload evaluation and the result of it was an application which makes the assessment more comfortable and easier. The calculation of academic workload is difficult because it is often hard to measure the contribution and the time spent on academic research. When the name of a published scientist has been entered into the program it fetches information about him/her from Estonian Research Information System, Google Scholar and Scopus, does the necessary calculations and displays the result in the graphic user interface. The application is one of a kind and it is potentially beneficial to everyone who have written academic papers or are connected to academic research.
