Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create and renew troubleshooters for the University of Tartu course “Tehnoloogia tarbijast loojaks”. Troubleshooters is an environment that allows students to get help for their tasks through the questions and answers. In the process of the thesis there was also created a questionnaire to gather data about what do the teachers of the current course think about troubleshooters. The questionnaire managed to gather 16 answers. During the analysis it came out that most of the teachers thought positive about the troubleshooters.
