dc.description.abstract	This creative-practical thesis is part of the cultural management curriculum, and the aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the organizing process of “The Fairytale Winter Ball”, which was part of the Tartu Christmas City program. Children's event took place on January 10th, 2024, on the ice rink and the area in front of that in the Tartu town hall square, lasting one and half hours. Twenty-five youngsters and adults costumed characters performed at the event, offering various performances to nearly 300 visitors
