| dc.description | The central question of philosophy of migration concerns the scope of rights for states to decide their own immigration policies. I view this question within liberalist framework, distinguishing between what I call egalitarian and communitarian standpoints – based on whether the primary rights are seen as belonging to individuals or communities. I make an overview of this philosophical debate based on three central issues regarding 1) the scope of liberal values, 2) the human right of movement and 3) the democratic sovereignty. Ma käsitlesin seda küsimust liberalismi raamistikus egalitaaride ja kommunitaaride eristusega, mis lähtuvad vastavalt indiviidide ja kogukondade primaarsetest õigustest. Ma tegin filosoofilisest debatist ülevaate läbi kolme keskse vaidluspunkti: liberaalsete väärtuste ulatus, liikumine kui inimõigus ja demokraatlik suveräänsus. Seejärel andsin ma lühiülevaate ka Euroopa Liidu pagulaspoliitikast aastail 2014-2020 nende kolme nimetatud vaidluspunkti põhjal. | et |
