Abstract
Showing common features of tumorigenesis, Melanoma-associated antigen A10 (MAGEA10)
possesses the potential for cancer therapy. MAGEA10 is a highly immunogenic MAGEA
family member that acts as a hub protein and is associated with global hypomethylation. The
N-terminus of MAGEA10 is involved in its expression, nuclear transport, and electrophoretic
mobility shift. This thesis aims to characterise further the N-terminus of MAGEA10 and find
its potential interaction partners.
