Abstrakt
Käesolevas töös uuritakse kahe juhusliku jada pikima ühisjada pikkuse asümptootilist käitumist, kui juhuslike jadade mudeliks on paarikaupa Markovi mudel. Me defineerime formaalselt joondused, pikima ühisjada pikkuse, ekstremaalsed joondused ning paarikaupa Markovi ahelad. Me tõestame kaks analüütilist tõket mudelist sõltuvale Chvátal-Sankoffi konstandile gamma suvalise suurusega tähestiku korral.
Esimene tõestatav teoreem annab uue ülemise tõkke suurusele gamma ebasümmeetrilise jaotuse korral. Teine teoreem annab Markovi ahela entroopiamäära kaudu nii alumise kui ülemise tõkke suurusele gamma.
In this thesis, the asymptotic behaviour of the longest common subsequence of two random sequences is studied, where the random sequences follow a pairwise Markov model. We formally define alignments, the length of longest common subsequence, extremal alignments and pairwise Markov chains. We prove two analytic bounds for the Chvátal-Sankoff constant gamma, dependent on the model, in the case of an arbitrarily sized alphabet. The first theorem gives a new upper bound for gamma in the case where the distributions of our sequences are asymmetric. The second theorem gives both lower and upper bounds for gamma via the entropy rate of the Markov chain.
