This thesis in the field of cultural management analyzes and discusses the organizational process of the TRT Dance Masters 2024 dance competition held in Tartu. The TRT Dance
Masters international dance competition is aimed at dance troupes operating at a professional level. The event took place in Tartu's A. Le Coq sports building on the 17th-18th.
