The main aims of the study are to map all finds created using filigree and granulation techniques in Estonia and to explain what these techniques entail and how to identify jewellery made using them. Existing descriptions are often incomplete or contradictory, and there is no comprehensive overview of which finds belong to these techniques or where they can be found
