Abstrakt
This master’s thesis aims to explore physical education teachers’ experiences and factors influencing dance implementation within the 2023 curriculum. Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 teachers from two counties. Results indicate that dance implementation is irregular, hindered by limited professional preparation, low confidence and resource scarcity. Collaboration, a supportive learning environment, and clear learning outcomes supported implementation. Consequently, teachers require practical training and video materials to enhance self-efficacy and achieve curriculum outcomes. The study provides input for teacher education and curriculum implementation support
