Description
Present Bachelor Paper’s thesis „Leaders expectations to radioprogram“ first aim was to
research leaders expetations to radioprogram. More specifically, the role played by the
radio for the leaders, what leaders prefer to listen to the radio and what kind of music,
broadcasters and DJ’s leaders prefer.
Work watched more closely, what makes people leaders, which kind of relations leaders
and media have, and which are the different parts of radioprogram, which have been
researched in the paper. Leaders and radio listseners in general were also compared in
the paper.
Formalized questionnaire was the method used, and an empirical part based on the 105
survey responses given by the leaders. The poll was conducted in the spring of 2009. In
the selection of the sample it was essential that leader have at least 1 empoyee.
In the theoretical part of the paper, there were introduced Lazarsfeldi and Katzi twostep
flow of communication, which says that leaders are are also opinionleaders, and
their views and preferences affect other people’s attitudes. It is therefore important to
research what leaders want, and radio broadcasts on the basis of what the leaders want
to hear-what are leaders expectations to radio.
Research showed that radio as media channel is important for the leaders and leaders
are relatively active radio listseners. The role of the radio for the leaders is declining,
that is, in the morning radio is more important to the leaders than in the evening.
Leaders are more interested to listen "hard" topics in the radio, such as news, but music
and entertainment are also imortand parts. Leadrs expectations were differed acording
age and sex.
This Bachelor's Paper’s results can be used in the development of radioprograms.
