Abstract
This creative-practical thesis in cultural management provides an overview of the organization of the concert-performance Estonian Republic 106 in Viljandi. The concert performance is an annual traditional event in Viljandi, aimed at recognizing the people of Viljandi with annual awards for their contributions to the development of the city and community.
